Project Introduction: The total capacity of this project is 1.2 million kilowatts, comprising a 650,000-kilowatt floating photovoltaic power plant on water bodies and a 550,000-kilowatt onshore wind farm distributed across Yingshang County and Funan County. A配套 energy storage power station with a capacity of 300 MW/600 MWh will also be constructed. The project will generate approximately 1.9 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, saving about 600,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1.57 million tons. The配套 energy storage power station can store roughly 600,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity in a single charge. Calculated based on one charge-discharge cycle per day, the annual discharge capacity can meet the electricity needs of over 90,000 households. Moreover, the energy storage system will help smooth out peak and valley loads on the power grid, alleviating issues of severe overloading during periods of high grid demand, enhancing power supply reliability, and making greater contributions to building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system, thereby supporting high-quality economic and social development in the region.
